Prerequisites
- A SharePoint Online site you want to ingest from.
- A Microsoft Entra ID app registration with:
- A client secret.
- The
Sites.Read.Allapplication permission granted and admin-consented.
- The app must be authorized to access SharePoint site content in your tenant.

Scheduling
API source connectors run on a schedule rather than streaming continuously. A first run is always triggered immediately after the connector is created; subsequent runs depend on the selected mode:| Mode | Behavior | Example |
