The Popsink Source publishes the platform’s own events into a pipeline, such as a connector or a worker changing status. Route them to any target, for example to alert from your own tools or to keep a history of incidents.

How it works

  • No configuration. The connector asks for no host or credentials: Popsink itself produces the events.
  • One per environment. An environment holds at most one Popsink Source.
  • One data model, created for you. Creating the connector creates a single data model named popsink-events. Subscribe your targets to it as you would to any other data model.
  • No worker runs. The data plane writes the events itself, so the connector has no worker of its own to start, scale or monitor.

Events

Each event records a status change on a connector or a worker of the environment. They are published as they happen.
