**Description**: Generate chart secrets directly from values.

### Changes

* Generate Kubernetes Secrets from direct chart values for `deploymentJwtToken`, `connectorConfigEncryptionKey`, `adminCredentials`, JWT secret, `schemaRegistry`, `tansuStorageAws`, `defaultKafka` and `externalDatabase` (#1961).
* Drop `-ref` suffix from data-plane deployments and fix checksum annotation names.
* Add the missing `secrets.yaml` template for `metrics-exporter`.
* `metricsExporter` is now enabled by default.
